Position – Key Account Manager (National Accounts)
• Ensures maintenance of good relations with clients provides them with information on Company's products, its characteristics and commercial conditions, selling incentives, contributes to promoting new products.
• Collects info about clients’ orders, analyses the sales volumes for Department's products and reports regarding to the sales plan fulfillment (OTB, FLASH, LE).
• Ensures checking of clients' credit status, timely payment and dispatch of goods.
• Maintains the Department’s database. Set up and maintains Department’s filing system.
• Participates in promotion activities, advertisement and marketing programs (Cooperative Advertising; Marketing Development Fund, Conferences, etc.).
• Edits, translates and types reports, presentations and documents, correspondence.
• Organizes and coordinates conferences, meetings. Provides administrative support to the Department.
• Receives and works on claims and ensures their solution. Interacts with other departments on the matter of hot issues.
• Carries out other tasks given by immediate manager on base of business necessity.
