We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, proactive, fast learning and results-oriented people to join us as a Support Lead or Support Analyst to work on the challenging projects for the major international investment bank in Kyiv, Ukraine. Relocation from other locations is possible.
Responsibilities:
• Provide World Class Application Management Services through scalable, cost effective and
• Adhere to the processes and follow through on all issues raised by clients in a timely manner
Must have:
• Experience supporting applications in a global environment
• Clear and fluent English verbal and written communication skills
• Strong basic technical skills with demonstrated ability to learn
• Ability to write and execute basic SQL queries
• Knowledge of MQ and Middleware concepts
Plus:
• Ability to work with a shifting schedule
• VBA
Technologies:
• Windows 2000
• Unix (Sun Solaris)
• MS SQL; SYBASE; Oracle
• Autosys - Understanding JIL scripts.Rapid SQL / DB Artisan
• Version Control Tool (CVS / ClearCase)
