Vacancy Code: MITA 402
We are currently seeking talented professionals to work as Monitoring IT Administrator (Code: MITA 402) for full time in Kiev office.
Responsibilities for this position will include (but are not limited to):
• Ability to setup a monitoring centre.
• Answering phone calls from Europe customers.
• Solving incidents in IT area.
• Registering and forwarding incidents to the 2nd support line.
• Work in shifts for 24/7 customer support
Successful candidates should correspond to the following required competencies / skills:
• Some experience in Internet technologies
• Common understanding in Windows or Unix.
• Common knowledge in LAN/WAN design and administration.
• Common understanding of Internet services and protocols.
• Strong knowledge of English (both spoken and written).
