LUXOFT Company (IBS group of companies) opens Data Warehouse Developer position in department, which projects are being developed for the only customer
Project Description
-New project for European Data Warehousing and Reporting Services in large Investment Bank. It is intended to start with a small team of 3 or 4 developers within 4 months, growing the team size to 10-12 members within 12 months.
-The scope of the EDWH&RS work is software development within the area of analytical processing and system integration.
Responsibilities:
-Responsibilities may include the development and maintenance of Data
-Warehouses and Data Marts according to given efficiency and availability requirements.
-The role will also involve data mapping, developing a data dictionary and documenting processes. It will rather focus on project development work, but might include operational support as well.
Technical Core Skills:
-UNIX (Solaris 8 and 10) * MS Windows (2000 and XP)
-Oracle RDBMS (version 9i+), SQL, PL*SQL, knowledge of DWH databases and DWH database structures including ROLAP, design and implementation of DB objects.
-Informatica PowerCenter (version 7+, focus on version 8.x), design and implementation of ETL processes.
-Knowledge of BI reporting: Business Objects (version 6.5 and XI), design and implementation of universes and BI reports (interactive and batch driven).
-Actuate eReport Designer (version 8+), design and implementation of reports for batch reporting.
