Globallogic is looking for Customer Support Engineer in Kiev office
Required Skills:
Excellent English skills (read, write, speak)
Strong experience with multiple operating systems (Windows 2000*2003, Linux, Solaris, AIX, HP-UX)
Experience with any of the following J2EE application servers: Jboss, WebSphere, or WebLogic
Experience in deploying*customizing complex enterprise software applications (on both Windows and UNIX systems)
Experience with relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL Server or DB2)
Java knowledge will be a plus
Description:
Project - Level 1 and Level 2 Technical Customer Support of complex multi-tiered J2EE Business Process Management Software via on-line issue tracking system, phone and email
Responsibilities:
Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of the BPM (Business Process Modeling) software running on various J2EE application servers (WebLogic,WebSphere,JBoss), RDBMS (MSSQL,Oracle,DB2) and hosted on broad selection of enterprise OS (Windows 2000*2003,Linux, AIX,HP-UX,Solaris). Issue analysis, tracking and escalation Software defect detection, verification and registration Performance troubleshooting and tuning
