Litigations Officer for the international bank
Responsibilities:
• Arrangement, execution and monitoring of litigations process in the bank
• Presentation of the bank in courts, State Executive Service, prosecutors office, militia and any other state authorities and*or any other third parties (legal entities or individuals) in any kind disputes the bank may have
• Arrangement, monitoring and support of the legal debt collection process
• Drafting of procedures, standard documentation with regards to litigations process
• Legal analysis and issuing opinions on potential risks, structuring of bad loans collection and other disputes resolution
Requirements:
• Degree in Law Studies
• At least 2 year experience in litigations and 1 year in debt collection
• Knowledge of banking law
• Intermediate English
