The candidate
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
·Extensive experience (8+ years) of the management and delivery of complex, large-scale programmes encompassing business and technical change across functional and geographic boundaries -
·A thorough understanding of change management disciplines, including a good understanding of the critical components necessary to deliver change (organisation, process, data and technology) and the means to derive and deliver these –
·Proven ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organisation – from Chief Executive and global business heads to clients and end users - articulately and with gravitas, using appropriate media and delivery techniques –
·Demonstrable ability to think clearly and manage conflicting demands and priorities and significant ambiguity, able to extract the essence of a problem from complex data and derive the appropriate course of action -
·Co-ordination and direction of divisional programme managers and support for the delivery of their plans
·Tracking and reporting progress to internal bodies such as a Group Steering group, Group Risk Committee and senior Management Executive committees, as well as joint progress reviews and steering groups with the outsource partnerMSB Technology (a division of MSB International PLC) is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
