Senior Support Analyst - Newbury - £30k pa
Senior Support Analyst with 3 years experience with rent accounting at a Senior Housing Officer or Housing Manager level required. You will have experience of working within a Housing organisation in a frontline service delivery role, Finance or IT Support. Knowledge of IBS OPEN systems a distinct advantage, experience of Finance, Leasehold management or Supporting People also an advantage. You should be methodical in your approach & a good problem solver. This is a great opportunity for experienced support analysts to join our client who is a dedicated supplier of software solutions to Local Authorities & Housing Associations in the UK. You will be part of a team based in the Newbury office providing telephone support for Housing Customers, testing software & producing user documentation. Salary c£30k pa negotiable.
