Blue chip client require an experienced Project Co-ordinator to ensure the delivery of work instructions are delivered to the relevant team function using the appropriate tools. You will be required to track progress of work instructions, chase individuals where necessary and escalate unresolved matters appropriately in order to meet SLAs. Co-ordinate SAP work queue process, this includes assigning work request documentation, logging details and returning reference information back to the customer. It also includes maintaining spreadsheets and other key process documentation used to support team activities. Provide and manage an effective work management framework to ensure all customer requirements are processed and any re-works are processed effectively and efficiently. Provide regular feedback to key internal customers and the team through weekly team meetings the status of all work instructions contained in the team work queue. Liaise with and manage expectations of key internal customers, strive to meet or exceed their expectations within the scope of the role attending key meetings where required. Working knowledge of business processes using SAP. PC Literate with MS Word*Excel*Mail. Good written and verbal communication skills.
