Support Consultant - Surrey - 18k
This position is to join the Telephone Support team as a second line support consultant. Office based, the role provides advice and support over the phone and though remote access, to a range of clients as well as giving assistance to engineers and Managers
The successful candidate will have strong network support skills, predominantly in a Microsoft Environment. Citrix knowledge is an advantage but not essential. You will be able to solve all queries in a fast and efficient manner. Working alongside a team and ensuring at all times that the highest standards of customer care are delivered. You must have excellent communication skills to work in this dynamic environment.
