Minimum of ten years of Customer contact, both remote and direct, Sound knowledge of computerised applications, Data Entry, Customer Relationship Management, and Help Desk systems, Experience of working in and managing in Customer Services, Support or Help Desk in a technical arena, Experience of line management for various skilled level staff, Demonstrable self learning and change management are the key skills. If you have any history of working in a wireless data environment or a history of working for a Service Provider field based staff company then this will be an advantage. The role in essence will cover the maintenance and promotion of Customer Care. You will provide excellence in all your work and daily actions during all business dealings in an efficient and effective way. To ensure Customer support and full satisfaction through friendly and efficient handling of all Customer contacts, interactions and touch points, using the highest level of Company and Customer Care excellence.
